I am in the same boat when I bring up the diversity issue particularly from the perspective of women of color. They usually think I am trying to be difficult but innovation comes a variety of ideas and suggestions with out that the technology gene pool will die out and we will continue to fall behind other countries. We are only using the input of half the gene pool imagine the possibilities when we reach 90%. We can not reach that with out the diversity. Deanna you are so on target with this.
